How do I get access to REDCap at Washington University?

Anyone with a WUSTL Key and password can log in to REDCap. See User Account Requirements for a detailed explanation. If you are an external collaborator and do not have a WUSTL Key and password, a Wash U "Sponsor" will need to complete the WUSTL Key Guest Account Request Form. See Guest WashU REDCap Accounts for more information. Once you have a WUSTL Key and password:

1. Navigate to https://redcap.wustl.edu/

2. Click REDCap Login - Version ## Production Server

   1. Version ## will be 14 or higher

3. Log in with your WUSTL key and password

4. Enter your WUSTL email address if you are a WashU employee, student, trainee, fellow, or other. If you have a Guest WashU REDCap Account, enter your organizations email address. Do not enter the guest WUSTL email address you receive as you will need to confirm the email address.

5. You will receive a confirmation email at the primary email account you enter. Confirm your email account and navigate back to http://redcap.wustl.edu and log in.
