If you click the “Contact REDCap Administrator” links at the top or bottom of the left-hand menu when you are in a REDCap project (image below) your 1) name, 2) email, and 3) project ID will automatically populate as shown below:
The Wash U REDCap Ticketing System allows us to:
Analyze the types of requests we receive so we know where to direct our support
Create training and support materials such as FAQs and User Guides based on the requests
Provide information to our funders regarding the support we provide
