The alerts I scheduled are sending at midnight - 12 a.m. Can this be changed?

If you set up an Automated Survey Invitation or Alerts & Notification, you can generally set up a time that you would like this delivered. If you select “Send on the next” for the alert schedule, a time can easily be entered:

If you select “Send the invitation” and enter an amount of time before the alert is triggered, ensure you set this up so it delivers at the time you would like. For example, change the drop menu to “the day (beginning at midnight) that the alert was triggered” and set the boxes above so that it will deliver at the correct time. In the example below, the Alert will be triggered based on the logic above and the invitation will be delivered 7 days later at 8 a.m. (e.g., seven days after it was triggered and 8 hours after midnight).
