How do I make an email address appear on the participant list for a record in my project?

You will first need to create a field with email validation

Then go to the Project Setup and select “enable” next to Designate an email field for communications (including survey invitations and alerts)

Select the field name from the drop down that appears:

Add no-reply@wustl.edu as a secondary email and always add the external user’s institutional email as a cc or bcc
