Who can create projects on the WUSTL Instance of REDCap?

Anyone with a WUSTL Key and Password that has logged into REDCap can create projects.  Please see User Account Requirements, User Account Access, and WUSTL Key - REDCap Password Reset sections on our https://washu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RDCPPub/pages/466878610 page!
