I added a new instrument to a project in production mode but it is hidden. How can I get this instrument to show up in the record status dashboard?

Newly created instruments to projects in production mode are hidden from users by default. In order to see the instrument in the Record Status Dashboard and other locations:

Go to User Rights
Select your user name or the user name of the study team member who needs to see the instrument
In the Privileges for Viewing and Exporting Data table under Data Viewing Rights, change to either “Read Only” or “View & Edit” for the new instrument
Save Changes
Do this for each user who needs to see the instrument.

If this does not work, go to Project Setup, select Designate the Instrument for Events, begin editing and select which events you would like the instrument to appear on
