Can I make a copy a project?

To make a copy:

  1. Select Project Setup

  2. Select Other Functionality

  3. Scroll down and select Copy the Project

  1. Change the project title. You can modify or leave the purpose as is depending on the need for the copy.

  2. Determine whether to keep records and users in the copy. It is recommended that you “All records” and “Users and their user rights” unchecked in most circumstances. Only keep “All records” checked if they are required for testing purposes. If you can test by adding new records, uncheck “All records.” Only check “Users and their user rights” if additional users are required for testing.

  1. If you finish using the copy and it is no longer needed, please delete the project by going to Project Setup, then Other Functionality, scrolling down and selecting delete

  2. Type the word DELETE to complete
