I named a record incorrectly. Can I rename a record in Production Status?
Yes, however, changing record names should only be done when necessary. Do not make changing record names a part of your workflow. Regularly changing record names can lead to issues with the project in the future.
In order to rename a record, you must have the user right to rename records. Go to user rights, click your username, select Edit user privileges
If you do not, contact someone on the study who can give you that right.
Once you have the right, go to the Record Status Dashboard, click on the record ID you wish to delete, click Choose Action for Record, Rename Record.
