How do I move a Project to Production Status?

Go to Project Setup, scroll to the bottom of the page, select Move to Production.
If your project purpose is Research you will be asked to enter your IRB application number or waiver letter. If your project is operational support or quality improvement, you may be asked to provide an IRB waiver letter. You will be asked if you would like to keep existing data or delete:
If you have test records in your project, you may choose to delete them. If you entered data from real participants while doing final testing, you can keep all data saved.
If there are some test and some real records, keep all records and delete the test records manually: How can I delete records or events when my project is in production status?
Please allow 2-3 hours during normal working hours for the move to production to be approved.
