How do I check if my Automated Survey Invitation was sent or scheduled to send?

To check if an Automated Survey Invitation (ASI) was scheduled or sent:

1. Click Survey Distribution Tools on the left menu,

2. Survey Invitation Log tab

3. Scheduled ASIs will be shown first. Click View past Invitations button to see invitations already sent.

4. Try to find invitation in list based on the Invitation send time, Participant Email, Record ID, etc.

5. You may need to sort by date to get the most recent to appear or

6. Use other filters such as Survey Record filter.
