I need my user rights updated but am unable to contact someone on the project with user rights privileges.

I need my user rights updated but am unable to contact someone on the project with user rights privileges.

You will need to have the project PI provide written approval for REDCap support to update your user rights. Submit a REDCap Ticket once you have the written approval and upload it with the ticket.

If there is no PI listed in the REDCap project or the PI has changed, you will need to provide us up-to-date IRB approval information with the PI’s name included.

If there is no IRB number or PI listed in the REDCap project, you will be required to meet with the REDCap Administrator and potentially other leadership from the Institute for Informatics, Data Science and Biostatistics in order to have your rights updated and have the PI’s name added to the project.
