I'm Following the Instructions, But the Boxes Aren't Showing Up

Problem

You are attempting to follow the Work Instructions for a certain task, but the work instructions indicate a new window will open where I can select certain things and I'm not seeing it.

Solution

You need to make sure your browser's settings are update to allow Pop-Up windows

When you make a selection that should cause a pop-up window, your browser will give you a warning with an option to change those settings:



  1. Click the Options button
  2. Select "Allow Pop-Ups" from this website
