How to Request Access for an External Staff Member

If your study has secondary sites that will need access to OnCore, you will need to have the External Site Staff request access to OnCore

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. Fill out the External Site Staff Request Form

  2. Obtain a copy of their institutional HIPAA training certification

  3. Send both of the above documents to the OnCore Support Team at oncore@wustl.edu 

  4. The Staff member will be issued a WashU Key within about 5 business days, which will be needed to access the L@W Training.

  5. After the training has been completed, the external staff member should contact OST at oncore@wustl.edu to set up their OnCore account.
