How to Request Access for an External Staff Member

If your study has secondary sites that will need access to OnCore, you will need to have the External Site Staff request access to OnCore

Step-by-step guide


  1. Fill out the External Site Staff Request Form
  2. Send to OnCore Support Team with details of request needs
  3. If the Staff member will need to login to OnCore, please copy them on the request and ask that they forward us a copy of their HIPAA training certification
  4. The Staff member will be issued a WashU Key to complete the required L@W Training.
  5. After the training has been completed, the external staff member should contact OST at oncore@wustl.edu to set up their OnCore account.
