Finding the Study Calendar

Problem

I'm supposed to review a calendar in OnCore but when I navigate to the study, there isn't one.

Solution

First, you should ensure you are listed on the study team for the protocol on the Staff page within the PC Console. If you are on this list, follow the steps below to view calendars that have not yet been released:

  1. Navigate to the protocol in the PC Console
  2. Hover over the eCRFs/Calendars menu > select Specifications
  3. In the upper right hand corner, if the Specification Status is anything other than Released, the calendar will not be available for subject tracking.
  4. If you have a subject enrolled and need to check in about the estimated release date, use the following to guide you on who to check with:
    1. Specification Status is New, Completed, or Budget Team Signoff
      1. The Coverage Analyst has not completed Initial Review (for New or Complete) or has not completed the final review (for Budget Team Signoff).
      2. Contact the WU Coverage Analyst listed on the Protocol Staff List (Protocols > PC Console > Main > Staff)
    2. Specification Status is Initial MCA Signoff
      1. The Financial Coordinator has not completed their part, which may include budget entry and will always include review of the billing grid.
      2. Contact the Financial Coordinator listed on the Protocol Staff List (Protocols > PC Console > Main > Staff)
    3. If there is no one on your protocol staff list with the above roles, contact the OnCore Support Team at oncore@wustl.edu.
