3. Viewing Protocol Documents

The Document search allows you to find documents that are associated with active protocols. OnCore defines active protocols as those that have a status of "Open to Accrual", "Closed to Accrual", or "Suspended".

• From the Home Page > Protocols menu > Document Search
• Type the protocol number in the "Protocol No." field. The drop down will automatically fill as you type - select the correct protocol when it appears
• Select the "Display All Documents" box. When this box is selected, the results will include ALL versions of any protocol attachment. If it's not selected, only the latest version based on the version date of each Document Type is included.
• Click "Submit", to show all documents entered in OnCore related to that protocol
• Select the document hyperlink to open or save the file.
