Getting Access to REDCap at WashU

Getting Access to REDCap at WashU

Anyone with a WashU Key and password can log in to REDCap. See User Account Requirements for a detailed explanation. If you are an external collaborator and do not have a WUSTL Key and password, a Wash U "Sponsor" will need to complete the WashU Key Guest Account Request Form. See Guest WashU REDCap Accounts for more information. Once you have a WUSTL Key and password:

  1. Navigate to https://redcap.wustl.edu/

  2. Click REDCap Login - Version ## Production Server

    1. Version ## will be 15 or higher

    2. Guest WashU REDCap Accounts enter the email address you use for your organization. Do not enter the guest WashU key unless you have been given a WashU email account
