Save a Search Script

If you find a Search that works well for your team, rather than filling out the search criteria every time you want to run the search, you can save the search. 

1. Navigate from the Home Screen to either the Protocol or Subject Search pages

   1. Protocols Menu > Protocol Search

   2. Subject Menu > Subject Search

2. Enter all of the criteria for the search you wish to save

3. Return to the top of the Search page and Click Save As
   
   

   Open

   

4. A pop-up window will appear that will ask you to Name your Search
   
   

   Open

   

5. Name your search

6. You also have the option to Share your Search with another OnCore user

   1. Click Share and another field will appear in the window that will allow you to select an OnCore user
      
      

      Open

      

7. Click Save

To Find a Saved Search

1. Navigate from the Home Screen to either the Protocol or Subject Search pages

   1. Protocols Menu > Protocol Search

   2. Subject Menu > Subject Search

2. In the Saved Searches search bar, type in the name of the search you are looking for

3. Update any date fields that need to be adjusted to a current timeframe

4. Click Search in the bottom right
