Internal DSM

Accessing the Internal DSM Report:

1. From the OnCore homepage, navigate to the Reports Menu > Reports

2. Select Safety Monitoring from the vertical tab

   Open

   

3. Select the DSM Template hyperlink

4. Type in your HRPO number in the Protocol No. find as you type field and select it from the drop down

   Open

   

5. Ensure the export file type is Word or Excel and click Submit

6. The file will download to the bottom left hand corner of your browser
