Add a specimen to an already collected visit

If you forget or need to collect a specimen under a visit that you already collected, you can use the below workflow.

1. Click on the collection protocol.

2. Click on +add/select participant.

   Open

   

3. Enter the participant ID and click proceed.

   Open

   

4. Click on the radio button to confirm the participant.

   Open

   

5. Select the event (timepoint) from the dropdown menu. In this case, we do want to choose the visit under the occurred visit.

   Open

   

6. Change the status of the specimen you are collecting to Collected. You will notice on this page the specimen that was previously collected. Click Submit & Print Manifest.
