BioMS v4.4 Release

Release Highlights

• Added temporary support for rendering pages on Internet Explorer v11.   

• Internet Explorer is not a certified browser for BioMS but will keep the support temporarily for anyone who does not have access to any of the other supported web browsers.   

Note: There are no changes to Biospecimen integration with Biospecimen Inventory Management.
