v8.11.0 Custom Record Label [Legacy Documentation]

We have noticed that projects using a custom record label of “[event-name]” are not displaying the custom record label correctly.  This is due to the new “smart variable” feature replacing the [event-name] variable with its own variables.  This can easily be corrected by following the instructions provided below.

If you happen to see more than one smart variable (see image below),

Then you might see some extra labels in the Record Status Dashboard as shown below:

Fix:

Copy the full “Custom Record Label” to a notepad or an editor and erase the repeated labels. You can paste the clean label back to the “Custom Record Label” and save the settings.
