Problem

I can't register a participant to the study they consented to because I do not have the Register Subject tab in my CRA Console for the protocol.

Solution

You must be listed on the study team in OnCore to be able to register participants. 

  1. Check the PC Console > Staff tab for your name
  2. Contact the Regulatory Coordinator listed in the staff list if you are not listed for that specific study
