Problem

I can't register a participant to the study they consented to.

Solution

You must be listed on the study team in OnCore to be able to register participants. 

  1. Check the PC Console > Staff tab for your name
  2. Contact the Regulatory Coordinator listed in the staff list if you are not listed for that specific study
