  • Edit queries shared by others. Permission to edit is given at the folder level.

  • Assign queries to any folder that is shared with you.

• Specimen Kits

  • Create specimen labels before participant registration.

  • Ship specimen kits between repository and collection sites.

• Shipment Requests

  • Request a shipment from another site within OpenSpecimen.

    • Shipments - OpenSpecimen - Confluence (atlassian.net)

• Registration Site not limited to Lab site

  • Previous versions only allowed the lab site as the registration site. Now you can choose from a list of sites within OpenSpecimen.

• Receive Workflow (TISSUE PROCUREMENT CORE ONLY)

  • New workflows module for receiving specimens in the lab.

  • Find empty spaces for boxes in available freezers.
