Lyris is the McKelvey mass emailing platform to communicate with students and faculty.

 

Process to request list:

  1. Send email to support@seas.wustl.edu

  2. In the email include:

•The population you want to send to (program codes, employment categories, etc) to be synchronized from SIS and Workday

•Approximate frequency of emails being sent

•Can people unsubscribe from the list?

•List of people that will be administrators on the list, which allows them to send emails out

  1. Once that is received, it will be presented to the governance board for approval

  2. After it’s approved the list and admin accounts will be created as needed
