iLab Solutions is a service that WUSTL has partnered with to enable resource management and scheduling.

Getting Started

Please coordinate with your PI on enabling this service for your lab. The PI will be responsible for much of the user management and approvals.

1. Go to https://wustl.ilabsolutions.com, and log in using your official WUSTL Key and password.

2. A registration page will open. It will pre­fill your first name, last name and phone number. Complete any fields that have not been pre­filled. 
   
   In the lab drop down menu, please search for your PI’s last name and  choose your PI as the lab​.  If you do not see your PI’s name in the lab drop down menu send an email to support@ilabsolutions.com with your Name and  ​ PI Name. ​Ilab will contact  WUSTL ITS directly to verify this and create your account. 
   
   

3. Once your PI is listed, and accounts have been created and approved, contact iLab support at support@ilabsolutions.com for initial help getting equipment and resources set up. They’ll provide more instruction on how to add and modify equipment. Neither Engineering IT or WUIT has the ability to support this service directly.
