Goal: Provide a community of practice where WUSTL REDCap Support and User Community members interact, ask questions, and receive REDCap support from other members of the community.

Community Resources

REDCap User Community Meetings

Wash U REDCap Support will host a REDCap User Community meeting the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 12-1 p.m.  A Zoom link and downloadable Outlook invitations will be sent to all WashU REDCap users* and is available on the REDCap Home and My Projects pages.

The link and invitation are also posted in the WUSTL REDCap User Community Teams Channel.  

Meetings typically include:

  1. Updates on REDCap system upgrades

    1. Demo of new features when available

  2. Discussion of common issues and notice of new support documentation to address issues

  3. Q&A

Meetings will be recorded and shared in the WUSTL REDCap User Community Teams Channel.  Please Submit a REDCap Ticket for more information. 

*Anyone with a WUSTL Key and password can Get Access to REDCap at WashU and obtain the Zoom link and Outlook invitation.  If you have additional questions about REDCap access, please see our REDCap Policies.
