Beginning Tuesday, September 17, 2024, ANY and ALL REDCap support requests, questions, or other must be submitted to the:

WashU REDCap Ticketing System

If you email the REDCap Helpdesk email or anyone on the REDCap support team with questions, you will be redirected to this page. We must have all support documented in a way that it can be analyzed in order to report our effort to our funders. This is the only way we can improve our REDCap Support FTE to REDCap User ratio.

If you click the “Contact REDCap Administrator” links at the top or bottom of the left-hand menu when you are in a REDCap project (image below) your 1) name, 2) email, and 3) project ID will automatically populate as shown below:

The Wash U REDCap Ticketing System allows us to:

  1. Analyze the types of requests we receive so we know where to direct our support

  2. Create training and support materials such as FAQs and User Guides based on the requests

  3. Provide information to our funders regarding the support we provide
