  1. Navigate from the Home Screen to the Protocols Menu > Protocol Search

  2. In the Protocol Status search bar add the following Statuses:

    1. Team Lead Signoff

    2. Regulatory Signoff

    3. IRB Initial Approval

    4. Open to Accrual

    5. Closed to Accrual

  3. Add the From and Thru Dates of the day you are running the search

  4. Scroll down to the Main Section and click the "+" to expand the section

  5. Select the boxes in the "Result Column" for the following fields:

    1. Age Group

    2. Data Monitoring

    3. NCT Number

    4. Investigational Drug

    5. Investigator Initiated Protocol

    6. Phase

    7. Scope

    8. Protocol Type

    9. Multi-site Trial

    10. Precision Trial

    11. Prevision Trial Classification

    12. By selecting these columns, they will appear as fields in your exported search data

  6. Expand the Management Section by clicking the "+"

    1. Select appropriate fields that you wish to appear in your results

  7. Expand the Treatment Section by clicking the "+"

    1. Select the following fields by checking the Result Column? boxes

      1. Drug

      2. Modality

  8. Expand the Protocol Annotations Section by clicking the "+"

    1. Select the appropriate Annotation type specific to your department and role

  9. Expand the Accrual Section by clicking the "+"

    1. Select the Protocol Target Accrual Result Column? box

  10. Save the Search the first time you run it

  11. Click Search in the bottom right

  12. Click View Excel in the results page

  1. Navigate from the Home Screen to the Subject Menu > Subject Search

  2. In the Subject Demographics section, select the Result Column? boxes for the following criteria:

    1. Birth Date

    2. Race

    3. Ethinicity

    4. Gender

    5. This means that the above data for each subject who is captured in your search will appear in your exported file

  3. In the Subject Status section, select the Result Column? box and add the following statuses in the Status search bar:

    1. On Study

    2. On Treatment

    3. Off Treatment

    4. On Follow Up

    5. Withdrawn

    6. Off Study

  4. Add today's date in the From and Thru Date sections

  5. In the Consent and Eligibility section, select Result Column? box for the "Consent Signed Date" field

    1. Enter the From Date field as the Thru date of the last search you ran

      1. For the initial search, use the date 10/1/2015

    2. Enter the Thru Date field as today's date

  6. In the On Study section select  the Result Column? box for the On Study Date field

    1. Leave the date fields empty

  7. In the Protocol section select the Result Column? box for the Management Group field

    1. Add the appropriate management groups

  8. Save the Search the first time you run it

  9. Click Search in the bottom right

  10. Click View Excel in the results page

  1. Navigate from the Home Screen to the Protocols Menu > Protocol Search

  2. In the Protocol Status section add a status of IRB Initial Approval

  3. Set the From and Thru Dates to today's date

  4. In the Management section, select the Result Column? box for the Management Group field

    1. If you wish to only look at a specific Management Group, add those to this field

  5. Save the Search the first time you run it

  6. Click Search in the bottom right

  7. Click View Excel in the results page
  8. Turn on the Filters in Excel and Sort by the Current Status Date - Column G

  1. Navigate from the Home Screen to the Protocols Menu > Protocol Search

  2. In the Protocol Status section add a status of Team Lead Signoff, Regulatory Signoff, Initial IRB Approval, Open to Accrual, Closed to Accrual

  3. Set the From and Thru Dates to today's date
  4. In the Staff section, select the Result Column? box for Staff Role
    1. Enter the role you are attempting to analyze
    2. If you are attempting to run this search for an employee who is leaving, be sure to also select the Result Column? box for Staff Name and include the individual's name
  5. Under the Staff Role selection box, click on the "Does Not Contain" radio button
    1. If you are attempting to run this search to assess for an employee leaving, skip this step
  6. Set Scope to "Protocol"
    1. This pulls the information from the protocol level staff as opposed to Subject Staff
  7. Save the Search the first time you run it

  8. Click Search in the bottom right

  9. Click View Excel in the results page
