Access to OnCore

Wash U Employees

1. Enroll in training 
   1. Online Training
   2. In-Person Training
      
2. Email oncore@wustl.edu once completed to gain access
   1. Include:
      1. Your WUSTL Key(username only, NOT password)
      2. Your department
      3. Your management group
      4. Your supervisor’s name
      5. What type of access you need or if you need to mirror a coworkers access

3. Once the OST creates your account an email from OnCore will automatically be sent out. Follow the link and instructions to confirm your account. 
   
   
4. OnCore can then be accessed at oncore.wustl.edu

External Users

1. Email oncore@wustl.edu
   1. Include:
      1. HIPAA Certification- Must be a certificate for stand-alone HIPAA training course; HIPAA classes nested under other trainings (i.e. CITI training) will not suffice.

2. Oncore team will create a WUSTL Key for external users
   
   
3. Enroll and complete Online Training
   
   
4. Email oncore@wustl.edu when you complete training
   
   
5. An email from OnCore will automatically be sent out. Follow the link and instructions to confirm your account. 
   
   
6. OnCore can then be accessed at oncore.wustl.edu
