Problem
You are in the On Study vertical tab of the subject console and attempting to enter a disease site for a subject you are putting on study. After you've found the appropriate disease site and hit "Submit" you get an error message.
Solution
There is no disease site designated in the PC console for that protocol.
- Reach out to your protocol's Regulatory Coordinator regarding adding the disease site to the PC Console
- This error message won't stop you from recording the disease site; it's just a warning that it doesn't match what is in the PC Console.
