How do I get access to REDCap at Washington University?

Anyone with a WUSTL Key and password can log in to REDCap. Once you have a WUSTL Key and password,

  1. Navigate to https://redcap.wustl.edu

  2. Click REDCap Login - Version 14 Production Server

  3. Enter your WUSTL email address if you are a WashU employee, student, trainee, fellow, or other. If you have a Guest WashU REDCap account, enter your organizations email address

  4. You will receive a confirmation email at the primary email account you enter. Confirm your email account and navigate back to http://redcap.wustl.edu and log in.
