How do I know if a patient needs to have their calendar version switched?

Subjects need to be switched to the new version of an OnCore calendar if they will be experiencing visits of any kind within the newly approved calendar. If an amendment was released that changed the schedule of events or procedures needed and that warranted changes to the calendar, subjects who will remain on study and continue to have visits, will need to have their calendar version updatedStaff assigned to the Clinical Research Coordinator - Primary role on the protocol staff list will receive a notice when a new calendar version for the protocol is released. At that time, all subjects will with an active status that will continue to have visits for the study need to be switched to the new version of an OnCore calendar.


Orphaned Visits

  • After switching calendar versions, you may notice that some patients' previous 'Occurred Visits' are missing from the new calendar version. If a visit was entirely removed from the schedule in removed or moved to a new day on a new version of the calendar and that visit has already been verifiedchecked-in, it will not be included on the new calendar. You Instead, you can find these visit in the Orphaned Visits tab in the subject's calendar.
