Delete Record or Form Data
Users Users can delete records or events from REDCap projects in production status. Entire records can be deleted from the record page or forms within records can be deleted with a record.

To delete events from your REDCap project, navigate to Project Setup page of your project and select Define My Events. Selecting the x to the left of the Event Number will delete the event from the project.
To To un-designate an event from a project, go to the ‘Designate Instruments for My Events’ page of your project. Selecting the Begin Editing button will allow you to remove events from instruments for data collection. After un-designating the requested events from your project, you can click the save button to confirm changes.
