Anyone with a WUSTL Key and password can log in to REDCap. See our User Account Requirements policies page for a detailed explanation on user accounts. If you are an external collaborator and do not have a WUSTL Key and password, a Wash U "Sponsor" will need to complete the WUSTL Key Guest Account Request Form. See Guest WashU REDCap Accounts for more information. Once you have a WUSTL Key and password, :
Navigate to https://redcap.wustl.edu
Click REDCap Login - Version 14 Production Server
Enter your WUSTL email address if you are a WashU employee, student, trainee, fellow, or other. If you have a Guest WashU REDCap account, enter your organizations email address
You will receive a confirmation email at the primary email account you enter. Confirm your email account and navigate back to http://redcap.wustl.edu and log in.
