What Are Task Lists?
A Task List is a convenient way to communicate with different users within OnCore on a certain set of tasks pertaining to a single protocol. When a task list is added to a protocol, it is configured to alert different users through a specific sequence.
Note: Remember to include the Financial Contracts task list and any other pertinent task lists available, as detailed below. Task lists can be added at any time after the protocol has been created.
Adding Task Lists to a Protocol in OnCore
- On the Home page > Protocols menu > PC Console
- Search for the specific protocol you wish to add a Task List to
- Click the Status vertical tab
- Click the Task Lists horizontal tab
- Click the Copy Templates button in the upper right of the console
- In the pop-up window, check the boxes in the Copy column of the Task List templates that you wish to add to the protocol
- Click "Save"
- The above selected Task List templates will then appear in the Task List Templates section (top section of Task Lists window) for this protocol
Releasing a Tasks Lists
- On the Home page > Protocols menu > PC Console
- Search for the specific protocol for which you wish to release a Task List
- Click the Status Vertical tab
- Click the Task Lists horizontal tab
- Click the hyperlinked name of the Task List you wish to Release
- In the pop-up window, select the Update Status drop down in the top right corner
- Select Move to Complete Status
- Select the Update Status drop down again
- Select Move to Released Status
- Click "Close"
- Your recently released Task List will then appear in the Task List block (bottom section of the Task Lists window) for this protocol.
