When sending out survey invitations, the recipient isn’t receiving the email? The email is sent from a WUSTL email.

Adding a secondary email to your Redcap account will resolve the issue when recipients do not receive email from a WUSTL domain email or external email address. The secondary email should be no-reply@WUSTL.edu. You can reach out to the REDCap Helpdesk(Redcap_helpdesk@wustl.edu) to make this change.
