This is the place for documentation in regards to using the Compute2 Platform, part of RIS services and the future location of all RIS User Documentation. These documents are actively being developed and in flux.

This page details how to access Open OnDemand (OOD) for Compute2 (C2). The general setup follows the same as how OOD is setup for Compute1. See: Compute1 OOD

Quickstart

  1. Navigate to https://c2-ood.ris.wustl.edu

  2. Select “Interactive Apps” from the top bar to see what options are available to you.

  3. Fill out the required fields on the next page for your selected app.

  4. Select “Launch” when ready to submit the job to Compute2

  5. You should then find yourself on the “My Interactive Sessions” page. From here you can see the app queue, launch, and then offer you a button to connect to the job in your browser.
