How do I update or delete responses in PROMIS surveys?

Data entered via PROMIS surveys cannot be edited or deleted directly. Instead, you will need to delete the entire form or record. You can delete the data for the form at the bottom of the form:

You can delete data at the record level by selecting the record, selecting ‘Choose action for this record’ and selecting 'Delete records(all forms).
