How can I send an email securely via REDCap?
To send secure emails, you can enable protected email mode which enables you to send a surrogate email containing a link that leads them to a secure REDCap page to view their original email. You can also add [secure] in the subject line of the email to encrypt the email being sent.
Protected email mode can be enabled via the Project Setup page of your project. From this page, select additional customizations:
