WashU REDCap User Satisfaction Survey

Please take our WashU REDCap User Satisfaction Survey.  The survey is completely anonymous and should take about 5 minutes to complete. We will use this feedback to help us identify areas to improve our support. We value your feedback so please share your ideas, comments, and suggestions.

We will ask for your feedback on the following topics:

System Upgrade Thursday, May 22 at 8 p.m. CDT

We will upgrade the REDCap Production server on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, at 8 p.m. CDT to REDCap version 15.0.22.  There will be an outage of approximately one hour.  This upgrade will be consists of bug and security patches (no new features).  We will send an announcement with the upgrade is complete.

WashU REDCap will be offline from Friday, June 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. CDT to Monday, June 30, 2025, at 5 p.m.  Click below to see answers to questions users have asked:

WashU REDCap User Community meetings occur 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2-3 p.m.  The Zoom URL is below.  The Zoom link and downloadable Outlook invitation are available to all WashU REDCap users on the REDCap Home and My Projects pages.

Guest WashU REDCap Accounts*

*Guest WashU keys must be renewed at least once a year. If you have a guest account and cannot login, please contact your WashU sponsor first to see if they are able to renew. If it is a password issue, use the password reset link below or contact WashU IT (ithelp@wustl.edu) before reaching out to us. 

Removing Users from REDCap Projects

WUSTL Key Issues**

**WashU REDCap uses WUSTL key for login and user authentication.  If you are having issues logging in to REDCap, it is best to use the links above to reset your password or contact WashU IT (ithelp@wustl.edu) before reaching out to us. 

WUSTL Key Changes refers specifically to a modification of a user's WUSTL key, for example, following a name change.
