Deleting Logged Forms from Visits
If trying to delete a subject visit with an attached forms or if it was completed in error, follow the below steps:
- Subject's Console > Forms by Status:
- If a form was Completed, click on the Completed Forms tab
- Click on the hyperlink for the form you need to undo the completion of
- Click on Undo Completed then Save
- If the form is located in the Forms by Visit tab, complete the same process as above
- Undoing completed forms will move them back to the Active Forms tab
- Removing Forms from the Active Forms Tab
- In the Delete? column, click on the check boxes for the forms you need to unlink to the subject's visit & click Submit.
- The logged visit's delete button should be click-able. You will now be able to choose those forms from the To Do tab to relog the visit if necessary.
- In the Delete? column, click on the check boxes for the forms you need to unlink to the subject's visit & click Submit.
