Each member has been working at WU for at least 4 years and each of us has experience in research from being regulatory to clinical coordinators and working with research staff in various departments across WU.
OST Responsibilities:
End user Training
Helpdesk support
Protocol calendar builds
OnCore integrations with myIRB, Epic & myDay
And other misc. tasks
We are available Monday-Friday – 8-5. Currently, we are all working from home, so sending an email is the best way to reach us for a quick response. We do receive email notices if a voicemail is left.
