Add coincident event0

You can indicate 2 events in associated studies as coincident and corresponding specimen requirements as equivalent. To add coincident event to a study, navigate to the desired collection event to which a coincident event should be added. Note that to add coincident events, the selected study should have at least one associated study.
Search for the study, using Search[ |#id.elwy3aftu9nv]a[ |#id.elwy3aftu9nv]study, that has the collection event to which a coincident event should be added. Now, navigate to the desired collection event and select Coincident event link.

System displays a pop-up screen where the selected study and its associated study(s) are displayed in tree structure. Checkbox beside the selected collection event is checked and is in read only mode. You may choose any of the available collection events from other associated studies as coincident for the selected collection event. Note that only one collection event from each of the associated studies can be marked as coincident with the selected collection event.

Now, in the tree view select the desired collection event from associated studies that should be marked as coincident with the desired collection event. For example, you should select the checkbox beside a collection event in study 10603 to make it coincident with Screening event in study 10600. If there are more than one associated studies, you can select one collection event from each of the associated studies to be coincident.

After selecting the desired collection event, select Ok. System associates the selected collection events as coincident. Now, if you select the Coincident event link, you can see that the events that are selected in above step are checked by default in the pop up.
