How do I check if my Alerts & Notification was sent or scheduled to send?

To check if an Alert & Notification was scheduled or sent:

  1. Click Alerts & Notifications on the left menu,

  2. Click the Notification Log tab

  3. Scheduled Alerts & Notifications will be shown first. Click View past Invitations button to see invitations already scheduled.

  4. Try to find invitation in list based on the Invitation send time, Recipient, Record ID, etc. You may need to

  5. You may need to sort by date to get the most recent to appear or

  6. Use other filters such as Survey Record filter.
