Task Lists

What Are Task Lists?

Task Lists are convenient ways to communicate with different users within OnCore on a certain set of tasks. When a task list is added to a study, it has been set up to alert different users through a specific sequence.

Note: Remember to include the Financial Contracts task list and any other pertinent task lists available from the "Select Task List Templates" pop up box. Task lists can be added at any time after the protocol has been created.

Adding Task Lists in OnCore

  1. On the Home page > Hover over the Protocols menu > select PC Console
  2. Search for the specific protocol you wish to add a Task List to
  3. Click the Status vertical tab
  4. Click the Task Lists horizontal tab
  5. Click the "Copy Templates" button in the upper right of the console
  6. In the pop-up window, check the boxes in the "Copy" column of the Task List templates that you wish to add to the protocol
  7. Click "Save"
  8. The above selected Task List templates will then appear in the Task List Templates section (top section of Task Lists window) for this protocol
