There is a new process for logging into Confluence and Jira Cloud.
Below is the WashU Confluence Cloud homepage. These instructions work for the Jira Cloud application as well.

If you are already logged into WashU’s SSO (i.e., you’ve logged into another WashU managed application using your WUSTL Key and Duo 2FA), you will see this screen:

2. Enter your WUSTL email address and select Continue to log in:
3. The first time you log in, you will may be faced with many screens used to gather user information. Below is one example. You can safely choose to skip these screens altogether.
Not logged in using SSO
If you are not already logged into WashU’s SSO (i.e., you have not logged into another WashU managed application using your WUSTL Key and Duo 2FA), you will see this screen::
This screen will appear. Enter your WUSTL email address and select Continue to log in:
2. Follow Microsoft’s instructions to log in using your WUSTL email. Log in to SSO using your WUSTL Key and Duo 2FA.
3. The first time you log in, you will be faced with many screens used to gather user information. Below is one example. You can safely choose to skip these screens altogether.

If you still have trouble logging in or need to request access to Jira or Confluence, please review instructions to submit a ticket through ServiceNow.
