Yes, but records, instruments, or data that are purposely deleted by the study team may not be recoverable in the future. Only only test records, records created in error, or records where data have already been moved to another safe location should be deleted from a REDCap production project. It also is important to understand that if you collect real data in development mode and data are deleted, there is no way to recover that data!
Users can delete records or events from rom REDCap projects in production status. Entire records can be deleted from the record page or forms within records can be deleted with a recordhome page.
To delete records, verify the user has appropriate User Rights permissions to delete records within the User Rights page of their project. Follow the steps in this FAQ if you are unsure how to modify user rights: How do I modify User Rights for myself or another user? Ensure the Delete Records right is checked.

If you do not have User Rights privileges, you will not be able to update user rights and will need to contact someone on the project who does have user rights.
After obtaining appropriate User Rights, navigate to the record where you want to delete data. From the dropdown to Choose action for record, you can select ‘Delete record (all forms/events)’ to delete the data from all forms for the record.
