All users must have HIPAA certification prior to obtaining access to Oncore

Must be a certificate for stand-alone HIPAA training course; HIPAA classes nested under other trainings (i.e. CITI training) will not suffice.

1. Include:
  1. Your WUSTL Key(username only, NOT password)
  2. HIPAA Certification (i.e. HIPAA 101)
  3. Your department
  4. Your management group
  5. Your supervisor’s name
  6. What type of access you need or if you need to mirror a coworkers access
Once the OST creates your account an email from OnCore will automatically be sent out. Follow the link and instructions to confirm your account.
OnCore can then be accessed at oncore.wustl.edu
